MGB Roadster - reduced in Cardiff, Cardiff for sale

1976 MGB Roadster in Vermilion. MOT and Taxed. 125,100 recorded miles. A good first classic – solid runner but with room for tidying/personalising. Four speed gearbox with fully working overdrive. Bought it in 1996 in a tired state, extensive work carried out to bring back to a solid car, including new sills. The previous owner had already had the rear suspension lowered to chrome bumper spec and high lift cam fitted. Further work was carried out over following years including exterior respray and many, many new parts fitted, including all the usual restoration mechanicals - prop, suspension, steering, brake, fuel pump/lines etc along with stainless steel petrol tank and exhaust, hood, seat foams etc etc. After many years of enjoyment she was then put into storage for a number of years, on blocks in well ventilated garage. I have recently got her back on the road - a new battery, clutch and starter motor put on in the process, amongst other things. Have used her and enjoyed over the ‘summer’, including commute, but with a growing family the time has come to part, so someone else can enjoy and add their bit to her 36 year story. The price reflects the solid but needs tidying condition and she comes with various bits and bobs including hood cover, tonnau cover, hard top and some new carpet pieces, fittings, paint etc. Also restoration details and service history / receipts etc inc previous owner.
