08 Focus 1.6 petrol --- 2 owners, 102k, 53mpg, VGC and 12m MOT (just spent 270!) --- in Cardiff, Cardiff for sale

Facelifted 3 door 08 Focus on 17 inch alloys with nice specification including: Sony Sound system CD/Mp3, Air conditioning, Electric windows, Electric mirrors, Heated mirrors, Heated front screen, Heated rear screen, Factory tinted, Central locking, Remote locking, Log book, HPI clear, genuine 102k on clock and mechanicaly in really condition. TAX 190,- per whole year and a fuel economy close to many diesels (53mph motorway, 42 avarage!) without need to worry about those diesel-specific expensive spares like turbo, fuel injectors and dual mass flywheel as petrol cars don't have them -------------------------- CONDITION ---------------------------------- Dent on driver's door as door opening limiter/stop was broken and a super-tiny dent on passenger's door, but no major dents and bodywork absolutely rust free. Can drives really lovely and without any unwanted noises both in city and on motorway; suspension, steering, gearbox and clutch - all perfect. No warning control light on dasboard ON, interior in really, really nice condition with every button in full working order, central locking and remote locking - all working as it should. Car was well looked after and following list of parts is a good sign that car hasn't been run on tight budget: Strong battery, all tyres in perfect condition, oil changed in October 2017, new front n/s wheel bearing, recently complete new front brakes (discs and pads) and brand new 12 months MOT since yesterday with receipt for £270,- (lower suspension arm bushes, tyres, all spark plugs etc). --------------------------- BAD POINTS -------------------------------- 2 funny ones :-) 1) A previous owner had an subwoofer fitted in a boot and couldn't be bothered to wire it estheticaly, so... he cut the floor lining and duck-taped it :-) Not a big deal as the lining actually is in really nice condition and brand new mats completely covered the duck tape, but I just wanted to mention it :-) 2) Customized bonnet opening mechanism :-) Its hard to describe it, it needs to be seen :-) But its working perfectly and new owner can either keep it, or just replace it with Greatbritainlisted release mechanism for £12.50 :-) ------------------------------- PRICE ----------------------------------- Tired of endless replying to texts like "whats the lowest mate if I buy tonight" I decided to make my and my cuistomers life easier - I'm happy to accept £1500. But thats it. Its not a strating point for further negotiating, it my lowest price. STRICTLY NO LESS, texts with offers will be ignored and I will only reply to texts for viewings. I WILL NOT accept £1450 or even £1480.
