Hi I have a 3 bedroom--4 bedroom 3 storey town house in llanederyn cardiff..the room downstairs could be made into a dining room or extra bedroom. .I live in roundwood and its not as bad as some people make it out to be. My home is right at the bottom where they are building the new high school so school will be on doorstep..I have a garden, ideal for children & it is secured..I have good neighbours & its very quiet here..buses and shops r local....only down fall is the home needs decorating as its just plain magnolia all over.benefits from having 2 toilets .. shower ..plenty of storage... I need to be closer to my childrens schools as i refuse to move them out,and i care for my sick mother but council placed me in llanederyn so looking for a 3 bedroom house near canton ely riverside grangetown..may consider other areas...but will consider many options if travel is not to far from areas asked for.
