The Web Wellbeing Experience Learn new skills and contribute to science! We offer free online courses as part of a research study from Cardiff University that will enable us to understand how exercise & meditation may improve a person's life. Courses last 4 weeks & only require 10 minutes, 5 times a week. They consist of video sessions and are very easy to follow. Adults of all ages from anywhere in the UK can participate!
